PolyShield® Mall Mask

A water based coating designed to give mall windows a frosted or blacked out appearance. PolyShield ^® Mall Mask “Frosted”allows light to shine in and signs posted on the window glass to be seen but allows for complete privacy for the activities behind the glass. PolyShield^® Mall Mask is ready to use right from the container and can be applied with conventional spray equipment, HVLP or airless sprayer.

PolyShield^® Mall Mask is removed with a damp sponge or cloth.

SURFACE PREPARATION:	all surfaces should be free of any existing surface contaminates. A test area should be processed before beginning the overall project. The user shall determine the suitability of the product for its intended use and assumes all risk and liability whatsoever in connection therewith. Glass should be clean and dry and free of oil, dirt or other foreign materials prior to applying PolyShield® Mall Mask. Failure to remove any surface dirt or grease will greatly reduce adhesion. Precautions: read the entire material safety data sheet and product label for a more thorough evaluation of hazards. Do not apply PolyShield® Mall Mask to air-cured painted surfaces.
APPLICATION:	1. Stir PolyShield® Mall Mask before use, do not shake. Do not thin or mix with additives. 2. Clean the glass using regular glass cleaner, glass should be free of all surface contaminants. 3. For best results apply PolyShield® Mall Mask to glass only using an airless sprayer. Spray a single wet coat at 1.5 mil thickness to the surface of the glass. If an airless sprayer is not available use a 9” wide, ½” nap WOVEN roller cover with a light touch. 4. Let dry 30 minutes to harden. 5. Signs may be taped to the dry, coated window using blue tape. 6. Clean up with water.
