801 Heavy Duty Masonry Cleaner is formulated to clean old masonry construction, removing years of airborne dirt, exhaust residue, industrial pollutants, fire damage and smoke residue. 801 Heavy Duty Masonry Cleaner is suitable for use on brick, sandstone, fieldstone, terra cotta, stucco, clay and slate. 801 Heavy Duty Masonry Cleaner is designed as a sensitive approach to restore buildings without any harmful effects. 801 Heavy Duty Masonry Cleaner is a blend of inorganic acids in a surfactant solution of water soluble and biodegradable detergents.

SURFACE PREPARATION:	Pedestrian and auto traffic should be diverted by using snow fence and/or approved barriers with warning signs. Beware of wind drift as it may injure passersby or damage vehicles. When permissible, work during evening hours when wind, auto and pedestrian traffic is at a minimum. Staging should be well maintained and equipped with stainless steel cable. Cotton, nylon, or hemp roping is not suitable when using 801 Heavy Duty Masonry Cleaner. If possible, all masonry cleaning should be undertaken before installation of widows, doors, hardware, light fixtures, etc. Protect hydraulic lift equipment from overspray. A test area should be performed prior to beginning full scale cleaning operation to determine the effectiveness of the 801 Heavy Duty Masonry Cleaner and precise cleaning procedures. A test should be conducted on each type of masonry surface. Allow the test area to thoroughly dry before deciding upon the dilution ratio. User shall determine the suitability of the product for its intended use and assumes all risk and liability whatsoever in connection therewith. Follow all local, state, or federal disposal regulations when using 801 Heavy Duty Masonry Cleaner.
APPLICATION:	1. Depending upon the type of masonry and degree of accumulated dirt, 801 Heavy Duty Masonry Cleaner can be diluted; one part 801 Heavy Duty Masonry Cleaner up to 10 parts water. For hard to clean surfaces use full strength. 2. Prewet work surface to avoid streaking or bleaching of masonry. 3. Apply 801 Heavy Duty Masonry Cleaner liberally with a soft, densely fibered synthetic acid brush, or plastic, acid resistant sprayer. Sprayer should be set with low pressure (45 psi or less). Use a flood jet nozzle to avoid atomization when applying. 4. Let stand for one minute. 5. For best removal results, rinse area with a pressure washer (1500 psi or higher). Rinse until all suds disappear. 6. For continued protection from water damage and atmosphere pollutants, seal the newly restored surface with one of ABRP Inc’s HydroSeal™ formulas.
